Q2 2026 Release Notes

The following is a summary of the key enhancements which will be delivered in the second release (April) of 2026:

Embedded Power BI Report Builder

  • Power BI is now embedded directly into Verto! We are launching this feature with a core set of fields to ensure the report builder remains intuitive and easy to use for everyone. You can create and publish your own reports directly within the platform, and all users will also have access to 10 pre-built standard reports. The pre-built reports are perfect for editing to create your own versions. And best of all, you don’t need a PowerBI licence to use this.

AI-Assisted Import Expansion

  • Following the success of last year’s AI-assisted risk import, this feature now covers even more popular controls, including issues, tasks & milestones, dependencies, and actions. Even better — it’s now standard for all clients!

Verto Intelligence Partners (VIPs) Enhancements

  • Verto Intelligence Partners (VIPs) have been designed to be experts in their fields i.e. Finance Manager, Risk Manager, Benefit Manager, IT Manager etc. They provide access to a core team of specialists who can advise you on your project, where it is, what needs to happen next, even adding data for you! When submitting questions to the VIPs, you can now select specific project areas and define research depth, rather than defaulting to a full project review.  This streamlines the process for clients managing large data-intensive programmes and projects.

Absence Data Import

  • For clients using the resourcing module (or anyone keen to align Verto calendars with work absences), we’ve implemented a standard import routine. System Administrators can now easily update user availability in line with work calendar absences.

General

  • Dashboard Templates Filter – Ever wondered why not all dashboard templates appear, only to find a hidden filter applied? We’ve got you covered — there’s now a handy reset button to clear filters instantly.
  • External Forms – System Administrators can now disable external forms without needing to deactivate the entire stage in Verto — giving you more flexibility and control.
