User Tags (job family and role)

When a project resource is requested, the skill set required to complete the task can be specified. This includes identifying the team/job family or specific role needed for the task.  In order for this process to work, each user must tag themselves with their team/job family or specific project role, using User Tags.  

Assigning your User Tags

Click on User Profile > My Tags to reveal the options for job families and if applicable, project roles.  Select the most appropriate option and click ‘Close’ when finished. Note: User Tags can be amended as often as needed.

 

 

Top Tip

  • Job families/roles are managed by the Resource Administrator and can be set-up as either a single role or a parent to multiple roles within the same family/team.
  • A user's job family or role can be amended by a System Administrator via Administration > Manager Users > Select User > Actions > Tags
