When a project resource is requested, the skill set required to complete the task can be specified. This includes identifying the team/job family or specific role needed for the task. In order for this process to work, each user must tag themselves with their team/job family or specific project role, using User Tags.

Top Tip
- Job families/roles are managed by the Resource Administrator and can be set-up as either a single role or a parent to multiple roles within the same family/team.
- A user's job family or role can be amended by a System Administrator via Administration > Manager Users > Select User > Actions > Tags.
