Click on the magnifying glass icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen to access the Verto search function. A pop-up will appear for you to start typing into.
The system will automatically start searching after three characters have been entered i.e. ‘Bri..’ and will continue to refine the search results as more characters are entered. Note: If you want to search on less than three characters, simply hit the return key to manually start the search process.
The search function will look for words within:
- Stage: Code, Name, Aims, Brief Description
- Board Cards: Title, Description, Filename
- Files: Filename, Properties > Notes
- Users: First or Surname
- Customers (Verto Pro Only): Customer Name

Performance (Verto Pro Only): Code, Name
The search results will then be grouped in the return list and provide quick access either into the item or to download the file.
If the search term is too broad, the following message will be displayed:
