How to manage cards

Move a card

From the card Actions menu select Move. 

  • Select the new Destination for your card (My Boards or Workspace)
  • Select the specific Board
  • Select the List into which the card should be moved
  • Select the Card Order (position of the card in the new list)
  • Click Move.

Copy a card 

From the card Actions menu select Copy.

  • Amend the card Title (if needed)
  • Select the new Destination for your copied card (My Boards or Workspace)
  • Select the specific Board
  • Select the List into which the card should be copied
  • Select the Card Order (position of the card in the new list)
  • Click Copy.

Archive a card

From the card Actions menu select Archive. A pop-up will appear requesting confirmation. Select Yes.

If required, from the same card menu select Delete. This action can’t be undone and will delete any attached files.

Unarchive a card

In the right-hand corner of the board, click Actions > Archived > Cards. Against the card you want to bring back, click Unarchive. The card will now be visible in the board once again. 

Note: any cards archived via a list archiving process will need to be unarchived via the list route.
