Performance planning can help you and your organisation to monitor projects/activities, the key performance indicators (KPIs) being measured and how the two elements interact to support service planning and delivery.
The module is made up of:
- Indicators - this area acts as your library to store all your indicators (the ‘raw’ data). Individual indicators can be directly linked to projects and activities in Verto.
- Performance - this area is where you can group the individual indicators together and display them under Objectives, Organisational Plans, Outcome Groups, Departmental Areas etc. An individual indicator can be displayed under multiple performance groups. Performance groups can also be linked to the individual projects and activities in Verto.
Top Tip
- Site System Administrators can amend the configuration for both the Performance and Indicator meta data forms and are advised to contact Verto Support for advice and guidance.
