Workspace
Any user assigned a Workspace licence type will be able to do the following:
- Be added as a team member of a project or programme with read only access.
- Be added to a project or programme (and governance report) as an Approver and complete the necessary actions within the system (provide a Yes or No). Note: The user must be a team member to be listed as an Approver.
- Access their own Feed to view and edit all cards or items assigned to them i.e. owner/actionee.
- Create unlimited boards via the Boards area.
- Create unlimited dashboards via the Dashboards area.
Pro
Any user assigned a Pro licence type will be able to do the following:
- Create unlimited projects and programmes of all sizes, each with unlimited dashboards, boards and cards.
- View and edit projects and programmes based on their User Account and Project Role permissions (determined by the System Administrator).
- Access their own Feed to view and edit all cards or items assigned to them i.e. owner/actionee.
- Create unlimited dashboards.
- Create unlimited boards.
- Access all enabled system features and functionality (based on permissions).
